I’ve had a very positive experience with Sussex Self Storage in Sparta. Theresa is customer focused driven and will oftentimes go above and beyond to meet and exceed the clients expectations. She has a quiet calm demeanor that assures you no matter the situation that it will all be resolved. The rates have remained competitive with the industry. Thé location is very convenient, units are easily accessible and always adequately lit and site is well maintained. I highly recommend them for your next storage need.

Very affordable storage, without ridiculous rent increases. Very helpful staff. Best thing is you have 24 hour access to your stuff, no gates or fences. Property is under 24 hour surveillance so your stuff is protected. Secure online payment system makes paying your rent super easy.

Theresa helped us tremendously with the right unit as well as amenities. Yes, the lock, deposit, and rent date can be unfair to clients depending on when they are searching for a unit. I found my unit to be clean no insects, smells or rodents/rodent droppings even the driveways are constantly clean and kept us with all the pollen that has been falling i have no idea how they do it...
